anyone work for earthlink??

I was just offered a position w/ earthlink as a technical support rep, and was wondering if anyone has or does work for them...anything I should watch out for?? any "pitfalls" or advice??? I have never worked in a call center before, however I have worked for many "mom-n-pop" electronic/computer stores so I do have years of experience in customer support/service as well as repair
