Panera Bread....that place reminds me of the movie "They Live". I always expect that If I were handed a special pair of sunglasses and put them on, all the people there would look funny

Other than that, I like to call the place Pantera Bread

I have a friend that works at the place that prepares the doughs for Panera Bread to ship out to retail stores.

Same company, just not the same retail store you eat at.

HELLO people!

Actaeon was talking about his friend and that's me! I work in the Panera Comissary witch supplies bread for all of Florida. To this day, this has been my hardest job to do but the most paid 🙂

The one thing i hate about it is that I have to work Friday and Saturday night witch take away my weekend fun so all I do is School/Part time college/ and Panera... 🙁

other than that.... they DO clean the bread trays so it's nothing like that...

at the comissary, they deliver the ingredients and we make the dough right there.... then my job is to get the made dough, stuff it in a machine, and cut it up in equal parts (demi's, loafs, bagettes, and so on).....

actually I dont know... whenever a new store opens, they order CRAZY amounts of asiago... (3-4 times more than regularly) and it's really busy!!!
