Start there if you jsut want pushup strength, lol.
If you're looking for something to make your upper body a lot stronger, perfect pullups v2 probably isnt a good start.
This will be part of what I do, some sit ups, some push ups, a bit of lifting some light sparing on my boxing machine and jogging. I'm not out to get huge, just increase my endurance and add some core strength. I actually just wanted the Perfect Pullup bar but they were out of stock and I was too impatient to wait so I bought the kit that has both. I figure if I'm going to do pushups, even if the V-2 isn't worth the $$$ it will be better over regular pushups. I'll probably get the rings people are mentioning on here. V-2 is a good start though.
BTW thanks for the link that's exactly what I was looking for. I'm going to print out the chart and the weekly workouts and see if I can't nail it.
