I have one, I used it for pull ups and push ups. Just make sure it fits snuggly.

I have that Iron Gym Pull-up bar. I have used it many times per week for almost 2 years and I have no complaints at all. I wanted to buy the straps so I could do some different abdominal workouts but never did.

Had this one. No complaints but I didn't use it as often I should have. Did order the straps and was pleased with them too. FWIW, I'm ~200lbs.
