Only thing could be better would be Billy Mays endorsing this product.

Billy Mays rocks

I will never buy anything Billy Mays is whoring out on the boob tube.

Yeah...every time I see Billy on TV talking, he makes me want to punch crippled orphans. I hate that guy... and the shamwow guy too.

I have shamwow. It works great. I mainly use it for soaking up the lakes of water on the counter after I have finished washing dishes. It was never been necessary to make a second pass. Can you say shamwow??

I have the scamwow, and it doesn't work as well as seen on tv. It sucks and I wasted $20 on it.

Some of our friends got some ShamWows for Christmas - kind of a practical joke, because hey they are made in Germany and you know them Germans make good stuff.

Anyhow, over at their house a bit of beer spilled on their carpet. ShamWow to the rescue!

Those things actually do work pretty damn well - we were amazed at how quickly the soaked things up and left the carpet dry. I think they cost ~$20 for a box of 8 of them, which isn't too bad of a deal. I don't know if you can buy other labeled shammies for that price.

we got some for Christmas

my wife spilled something on the rug and the Shamwow absorbed it right out.

i haven't tried them yet though

(FYI we are not the couple Babbles is referring to, that i know of 😀 )

Yes, they are poor quality "shammys". They will absorb liquids. Nothing special or new.

That slap-chop piece of crap is funny, though. They have been selling similar things for as long as I can remember. Each one better than the one before and yet somehow all the same...😀
