Same here. Even walking does it for me, especially if I begin my day with some kashi go lean crunch cereal. It's high in protein and tastes great, if only it wasn't so gassy.Originally posted by: JAG87

I think everyone has at one point. My weak spot is the treadmill. The running induces bowel movement until flatulence has the best of me. Fortunately the foot impact on the treadmill covers all the noise![]()
