If you have, what workout was it?

I did it once when I was rowing, but I didn't eat very well that day

Of course, I am a fiber fanatic. But I work out alone at home so only I get to enjoy the moment.

Hahaha, did anysone see TallBill? So gas, falling, and clothes ripping are all pluses to working out at home. I may never go to a real gym!

lmao, great thread

I think everyone has at one point. My weak spot is the treadmill. The running induces bowel movement until flatulence has the best of me. Fortunately the foot impact on the treadmill covers all the noise :p

If I had more space/money I'd certainly build a gym at home.

We have one spare bedroom that's barely big enough to be a bedroom, and my wife put all my stuff in there. I have 5 pairs of dumb bells, one swiss ball, one yoga mat, my recumbent bike, and my sansa/inmotion. I barely have room to do pushups properly if don't arrange my weights properly. If I had twice the room I'd get myself a sweet treadmill with my tax returns, but I have no where to put it.

Same here. Even walking does it for me, especially if I begin my day with some kashi go lean crunch cereal. It's high in protein and tastes great, if only it wasn't so gassy.
