Well anyways... I have this huge word document that keeps changing and it has ballooned to 40 Megs with only about 20 pages. I'm sure the size it has to do with formatting and styles. Is there any program out there that cleans up this sort of stuff, to "optimize" my work document?
Thanks!
fyi, I did not make this document initially and this is for work

Ahhh very simple solution based on a site through the google search aircooled gave me. I did a select all (CTRL+A) and copied the entire document, then pasted it to a new one. The size shrunk from 40 megs to .5 megs - that's pretty darn good.
