Recording the 10 hour video of him sleeping is a pretty deep move if that's the case, innit?
That's what makes it so likely - they're the last country you'd expect. You think China, the US, and Russia lead the way in 117-dimensional chess? Wake up, sheeple!

It's nearly impossible to work on your "pull" strength without some kind of equipment.

Deadlifts are considered the best lower body pull exercise.

And pull ups are considered the best upper body pull exercise.
If I may, deadlifts mean shit in construction. Not gonna help you carry something (usually 50 to 75 lbs) up a ladder.
Push ups will help upper body plus if you can do enough reps, then walk out a 3-5 minute cool off. It will help cardio.

Planks ( the thing where it stresses your core) would help alot on mid torso and lumbar strength.

Tell ya what, get a job with a local CATV company, they pay well, will have you packing ladders, and crawling on your belly with toes and elbows, if you stay long enough you could climb poles with hooks ( climbers) make sure they provide a Buck Squeeze for safety. Do that while you pay off the next 10 months. You will be stronger that if you spent money on equipment plus getting paid for it.

Anyhoo. IF you think I am full of XXXX I would gladly take a plank challenge to prove my point. I am close to 53 yrs old. My nephew tried to show me up, (20 years younger) I asked how much longer would he like me to hold after he couldn't stay straight.

TBH I am rooting for you. But using credit for strength training is ridiculous.

I just want to tell a story, when I was living with my parents we had a neighbor who passed away, and he had a bench press set, and the dude's sister said I can have it.

I learned about deadlifts from bodybuilding.com and was doing deadlifts in my parents backyard, and my dad WENT OFF ON ME!!!

He was like WHAT THE **** ARE YOU DOING!?

I was trying to tell him about deadlifts and he said that was stupid and not to do that again.....

I was trying to explain that it's a great lower body exercise and he was like "YOU ALREADY HAVE LEG S**T RIGHT THERE ON THE BENCHPRESS!

The benchpress set had one of those leg exercise things in front where you curl your legs, I was trying to explain that deadlifts are better and he said I was being stupid and that he's going to beat my ass if I do deadlifts again...

Yeah...

Ok search Antoly (sp) shorts on YouTube.
Guy can lift but doesn't look all rounded out.

Just saying. You can be strong without looking like a WWE chud.

I know everyone has their own preferences and goals, but a guy I know got into body building after a major back injury and while his results are absolutely impressive, I would say his physique is (IMHO) not proportional or aesthetically pleasing.

Marvel got that shit down to a science. Muscular but lean/athletic.

Or to use another analogy, its like DBZ when trunks goes Super Saiyan 2 against Cell. Yeah he's got huge power, but he has no agility or speed. So he loses

I had back issues as well, from an issue occurring in the ocean. I used to operate a Forklift.

When we moved more south, 1st job was with Directv, it was alot of physical exertion. Similar to stated above without the pole climbing.

My back pain went away once my lumbar became strong enough to support my upper body weight, where the Facet joints had fracture from the ocean incident.

EDIT, IDK why, but I for some reason root for Gizmo. As long as he is not a Orc or chat bot.

I spend most of my time in P&N these days. But I hope he does well. He certainly helps keep ATOT alive 😂

When I was looking at payment plans for the 45lb plates there were some plates that didn't have the option to do the payment plan at checkout.

Also the laptop had a 1 year payment plan but the pull up rack and barbell only had a 6 month plan.
Every single thing you buy has the option for a payment plan. Please tell me what is unclear in this plan:

1) Take the money you get from donating plasma / stimulus checks and put it in a jar.
2) Repeat #1 each month.
3) When the jar has enough money, buy the 45 lb plates.
Variant: change the word "jar" for "box" or "tin can" or "wallet" or "page 37 of an integrated electronics book" or anything else you might want instead.

There you go, a monthly payment plan for 45 lb plates. It can even be a 1 year payment plan if you want. Full flexibility!

OP please don't drown yourself in credit card debt. My parents learned the hard way. I learned from their experience and have avoided it.

I'm rooting for him too, but it'd be neat if he actually took advice from folks.
