So, my family has a pretty poor track record when it comes to Heart Disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol.

I've decided to take on this project, which focusses on lifestyle changes that will help me become more heart healthy.

It is a month long, 4 nights a week, 2 hours a night commitment. I went to an information session last night and decided to give it a shot along with my new workout program.

Has anyone else heard of this program and have any thoughts?

At my intership, there was something called "College Hire Integration Program" :)

I've never heard of it, but assuming your workout program has significant amounts of cardio, you should be fine IMO.

How much does that guy charge for telling people rudimentary health information?

Where I'm taking it, it is actually free. The real reason I'm interested is because there are detailed blood screenings before and after the program. I do have some reservations about the whole simplicity thing ... but even though I know most of the stuff, it doesn't mean I practice it all the time.

If a kick in the ass helps me, I'm going to try it.

I want my toddler daughter to have me around for a long, long time.
