An legit, healthy method i've learned is to relax, and meditate. Lay on your back, or any comfortable position, breathe in deeply and count to ten, breathe out deeply and count to ten, slowly. Just keep doing this, and don't try to concentrate on anything that will make you worry. Just think of a calm place you've been to. If this doesn't work after a while, just go in the bathroom and splash your self with some cold water.
