yellow tops? I know they are designed for car audio use, so I would say yes. However I do run my display board off a normal car battery. (we dont sell add on batteries)

They make some that notify you via the remote when they go off. Keep yourself armed and ready.

Valet 562T/ Python 1400 both are the pretty much the same. The valet is about $50 cheaper.

and something to notify me that the car has been started

go with they python 581XP. Keyless, 1000 feet of range and LED confirmation of remote start. It can be done for under $250.

BB does not carry that model. Do a google search for directed electronics +(your city)
