Don't think i've ever used that expression. But yeah, its offensive, and two of the 4 or so girls that post here regularly were offended.
 
My wife tried it out for a few months but didn't like the way it affected her menstrual cycle (your SO's experience may be different; different women react to birth control differently). I wasn't a big fan of the ring over the pill because I could definitely feel it in certain positions.
 
My wife tried the NuvaRing.

The ring doesn't really get in the way. Just consider it "ribbed for his pleasure". 😛

The problem with that ring is that the progestine they use lowers your sex drive. Her breasts hurt also.

I don't know of any specific rules against what he said; it's just words on the internet. Now if there were forum rules against making jokes about kicking fetuses, I can understand that. Really, I can. But when the mod calls Eli's ex girlfriend an attention whore in her apology thread (that was mysteriously deleted after I pointed that out) only weeks after the whole "change of culture" and only months after "no calling other memberse sluts and attention whores" threads that were stickied to the top of OT, I can see why everything's so ass backwards around here.
