Do not wait for the Provantage deal, I called them up yesterday and they informed me that they have 96 orders on backorder just from June orders ( which I ordered on June 16) and they have only received 20 6800gts so far. The provantage customer service woman told me that I will probably have to wait 2-3 weeks and I would get the card!!!! When she said that I ran to my computer and ordered this card from monarch as fast as possible. Canceled my provantage order right after waiting 1 month and about 15 days uhg, glad I found this deal. And monarch has already shipped it man great service. ( look for gainward 6800gt golden sample thread). DO not wait as I did, this company sux butt.

The excuse is that PNY has a manufacturing problem due to some fault components or something. Hmm...funny...CUSA seems to have plenty of PNY GTs to sell for some reason.

They apparently forced PNY to honor the price, but PNY had the last laugh when they agreed to the price but didn't mention they'd send them over 5 per week.

Got an email today after asking yesterday letting me know the new eta is 9/13.

I'm about to cancel after waiting almost 2 months.

got my card yesterday, finally ripped out the wretched whirrring sob of a ti4200

corrupted graphics on far cry (black areas on the ground while enemy patrol truck drove by
waiting for ver1.2 patch to be rerelease)

definitely a louder fan on the graphics card than the one inside the antec sonata psu

strange u guys still didn't get yrs yet

i was about to email debbie venuto to cancel my order and maybe wait for the 6600gt instead
(doom3 ran okay on ti4200 and 1/2life2 is nowhere to be seen still)
lo and behold i check my email and saw the shipping notification, the irony!
