I don't work. But all it is is to advertise.
Sadly, I'm thinking this too. Do not understand it at all. Elitist mentality? I'm getting mine and by the time it goes to hell, I'll be rich?Anyways, the CEO's they have on the show are in the vast minority. Most CEO's don't have the slightest interest in their customers or employees. They only care what the board thinks and about getting their next bonus. You'd think there would be a connection but, I've never noticed any.
yes... id love to see the governor and all the legislators each have to spend several sdays in each of the departments they think they know how to make decisions for.
they wouldnt last a day.
Middle management being the weakest link.
Say wut?

Missed that one....I'll be back. The Hooter's episode was great..
And it also assumes that the CEO would care in the first place.A CEO coming down to our level for a day may make him even more disconnected - it may remind him of why he became a CEO to being with.
Compassion = fair treatment financial sacrifice. Not a worthy trade-off for any CEO/company.
Probably the biggest waste of money in corporate america today.
Every time I watch this show, I wish our CEO (whoever it is this year) would go on it.
I understand the decisions my company makes, I just don't think they ever really think about how it affects the customers or us employees.
Anyone else in the same boat?

I think it would do most CEOs some good just to see the front lines without being known as a CEO. How could it hurt? Most companies could stand to have a day every few months where you work below your pay grade just to remind you how good you've got it.
A contest between 2 employees, who can learn the fastest....howdothey explain the cameras following the undercover ceo around?
A contest between 2 employees, who can learn the fastest....
No. I just couldn't remember the other one. And it could be fake just like the repo/pawn shows.is it always the same excuse.. contest between 2 employees?
