I'm tired every day. I've been like this for ~9 years. All my blood work comes back normal. I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night during the week. About the same or a little more on the weekends.

I'm not sure what else I can do to figure out what's causing this but I am sick of it.

Sleep more and see if that helps?

What job do you have?
How much do you eat?

1. Get up the same time every day, including weekends.
2. Drink more water.
3. Exercise.

I'm always tired, but I have a 3-week old son, so I'm up 3-4 times a night to change him and give him to my wife.

Ah, it seems like even when i sleep more and more, i still get tired. Maybe you actually sleep too much, sometimes its easier to get up a littl eearlier than normal. Personally i just soke up as much sleep as i can and am still tired.

Physical activity will break you out of the "tired habit", trust me, I know what your talking about. Even just walking outside in the sun for a bit will also do wonders, you need teh vitamin E! (Pills don't count!)

I couldn't possibly drink more water (well I could). I drink at least 10 8oz glasses a day.
I drink no caffeine at all. Don't smoke. Beer usually only on the weekends.
I eat well, no fast food. More fresh food than processed.
I exercise at least 4 times a week.
I get up early during the week (5:30 AM) so I wouldn't really want to do that during the week.

Check for ambient noise or temperature before you go to sleep. If something is uncomfortable while you are sleeping, it may bring you out of R.E.M. sleep. If this happens, you are sleeping but it doesnt really make you feel rested.

Are you anemic? What is your red blood cell count? How about iron levels in your blood?

Do you eat a lot of sugar? Most people do with today's processed foods and eating habits. Far end of this would be diabetes but not probable for now.

If you eat a lot of sugar, then you will not be very hungry for real food. The body may become lazy and stop processing real food because it knows it will receive sugar later (or before). When the body stops processing real food since it already has its glucose from the sugar, then other nutrients such as iron are missed and this can cause a low red blood cell count. The red blood cells are responsible for carrying oxygen throughout the body.

You could try exercise to increase your body's metabolism and dietary intake without getting fat.

EDIT:
Regarding sleep, there is a saying that the hours of sleep before midnight count as double. This is to emphasize the need for sleep in the early evening rather than late morning.

Are you in good physical shape?

Have you seen a sleep specialist to rule out conditions such as sleep apnea?

Do you get a full night's rest whenever you sleep, or do you wake up at points in the middle of the night?

That's what I was thinking.
My thought was that I woke up a lot at night but didn't remember it in the morning.
I don't really toss and turn (as far as I know)
My wife says she hasn't noticed me having problems breathing or stopping breathing.

I do dream and I remember my dreams pretty well.

I don't really know what my counts are. I don't think I'm anemic since no doctors have ever mentioned it.
I don't eat a lot of sugar but I do eat cereals every day. I try to eat low sugar cereals.

Hopefully that answers some of the questions. Oh, I have sex often enough. One of the perks of being married.

Do you have a CO detector in your house. Trace amounts of CO would leave you feeling
tired too. Worth mentioning at least.

I know what you mean, I have been married for 20 years. Often enough is what once every month. Just kidding. For me it usually three times a week. Not enough in my opinion, but it is not from lack of effort. I have been trying to persuade the wife to
exercise more frequently, hoping it would boost her sex drive. Ever since I have been
excercising regularly, I have noticed a boost in my sex drive.

If you felt "tired" for the past 9 years, how do you know what "untired" feel like anymore?

Try running on 5-6 hours of sleep a day for a few days and then get your regular amount of sleep. You might find you actually need less sleep and that you are oversleeping now.
