Anyone else having issues with their telnap account?

I haven't been able to access my webpage for a few hours now. I don't know of any outage page to show info if the servers are out and their live chat doesn't work. Anyone else having problems?

I usually don't have a problem with them and over all i've been pretty happy. Just a small thing I wish they had.

My site has been down for a few hours too Was pretty slow yesterday as well. Been having intermittent problems with the server throughout the last year (slowness, random downtime). Pretty cheap hosting however, is there anything really that comparable for ~$30 a year?

i pay a bit more then you do, so i guess that why i never seem to have any of these issues, only went down once that was an issue, back when teh database got fed 3 or so months ago

I just get the feeling that my server is overloaded, I'll try to request a transfer if possible. I didn't notice it much when my site was smaller, but now that I'm getting some pretty solid traffic, I'm noticing more problems.

how big i it? before the database issue mine was up at ~ 2GB of stored info and 20GB a month of traffic

I'm probably hitting 4-6 gigs of traffic a month now. Not super popular by any means, but a huge step up from where I started.

For everything you get? Nope. The resources and cPanel with Fantastico is pretty generous.

If you're willing to lower your resources, switch to DirectAdmin and wait for a sale then I would consider HostPC.com. A few times a year they have a FREE 2-for-1 sale. So for $34.99/yr you would get 1600MB/20000MB (based on previous quota's - it appears Joe was generous and recently bumped the base package up to 1GB/10GB).

Everybody on this server will get an email shortly regarding the issue. The server shouldn't be anywhere near overloaded, but I'm not going to go into any details regarding that right now, at least until we get it back up.
