Damn thing:| I have to literally slam it into the cradle to charge.

Anyone else?

I think it is due to that little nub in the front:| I am going to get my dremel....

Make sure you regularly clean the contacts. If the contacts get dirty it won't charge. I used to have the same problem as you, but as soon as I cleaned them it charged by just dropping it in.

Not sure...I haven't used the craddle to recharge it since I bought it. I just keep throwing new batteries in.

I have an extra set or two of rechargables on hand so I can swap out, but I've noticed the same thing with the cradle... Instead of slamming it in you just have to pick it up and put it back down lightly, letting it fall into place, and make sure the contacts are clean.

i just shake it a little in there when it doesn't make contact and it seats right in fine usually.

I did have to resolder one of the main clicker button switches once cause it was working intermittently. Works fine now. (i tend to press hard without noticing especially when gaming and the solder joint came loose)

Known issue, I have to put mine in tilted towards the left and turn it towards the right to get it to charge right, love the little bastard though.

Try resynching the mouse with the cradle. That fixes my problem when it refuses to recharge and I get that blinking red light.
