anyone else hate summer?

it's not even really summer yet and it already seems like all my meat and milk has a shortened shelf life.

I had half a carton of milk in the fridge, expiration date of 6/18, and I opened it up today and noticed that there were visible chunks in it :frown:

Expiration dates are only intended to be used for sales purposes when the carton/bottle/jug wasn't opened. Therefore, if you open it 3 weeks before the date, don't expect it to last 3 weeks.

Food doesn't work that way.

Ohhh, especially if you are one of those people who drinks straight from the jug.... like me. 🙂

yea - it's too damn hot. wish it were 80 degrees but no it has to be 95 degrees and the heat index makes it feel like 110.

I hate anything above 70 degrees, so yes I don't like the summer.

Unfortunately there are two seasons in Chicago.. hot as fuck and cold as fuck.

Summer's not my favourite, too many schoolchildren running around free.

Fool.

Chunky milk is an unheralded summer treat. It goes great with green lunch meat.

I hate the cold. I'm not a big fan of extreme (90+) heat, but I can't stand anything lower than 55.

I never used to care either way. But, my home town is pretty dang boring and I definately want to go back to college already, so yeah, I don't care for summer anymore.

No, just you, because you are a killjoy 😛

Just kidding. I don't mind too much, Florida alternates between hot and fucking hot with little patches of "this is quite nice" in between. You get used to it, what really bothers me though is going out after heavy rain. Its already humid enough, but after a storm its like sucking water into your lungs for a very long time afterwards.

When I went to visit a cousin in DC they said on the news it was going to be one of the "hottest" days of the year. I went out and thought they were confused, it was perfect cross country weather.

I have no air conditioning, so yes I hate summer with the heat of main-sequence star of spectral type G and luminosity class V.

Summer is nice. Long days. Cool fog in the morning and evening. Pleasant sunshine midday. I'm a happy dude right now.

Yeah I hate summer. Fall and spring are great and I love winter.

You can see babes in swimsuites during fall and spring around my town.

50/50 for me. In winter you are freezing and the roads suck because of the snow and ice all over but there is skiing and the holidays. Summer, you are cooking and the roads still suck because of all the potholes and road construction but there are picnics, cleaner cars, and cruising with the T-tops off.

Both have pros and cons.
