Tell all you the truth...i despise baseball lol.

I have NEVER been to a baseball game in my life, my friends were going, so i decided i would come along, since i never have been, and it would
be a new and cool experience.

I'm always surprised by how many people here hate baseball. Didn't you people play Little League when you were kids?

It's a tech forum, filled with people who were consistently picked last in gym class.

There's also a bunch of Canadian and Asian members, who are notorious for not liking most American sports.

it's weird b/c:

1) most analysts and smart people agree that the largest collection of highly-educated sports fans are found with baseball. Pretty much a fact. (You'd think a lot of smart & educated people hang out here). Baseball is awesome b/c of Physics, math, stats. People go nuts over it.

Ever read any Gould?

2) Asians actually tend to dig baseball, when you want to consider a non-American country that follows the sport. hell, I think it's #1 in Japan? Koreans love the shit out of it, too.

Most of the fans that really get into baseball are non-athletes themselves.

Going to a ball game is great fun and every stadium is unique as are the local foods and fans. Just enjoy the experience...and bring binoculars.

Like others have said there's really not a bad seat in the place. All are pretty good. Food is decent. It's hard to mess up hotdogs, nachos, and beer. Costcos in metro Atlanta sell tickets for field level seats. I didn't check the price but knowing Costco, it will be cheaper than at the stadium. Have fun!
