<< The number of "issues" with VIA chipsets, and the number of times they actually occur aren't really any different than any other chipsets.
If I wanted to be like Pabster, I could start saying how incompatible and how many problems the SiS chipset has. But then again, I'd just be pulling stuff out of my ass, like all the VIA haters do.
If you ever have a VIA problem, you should be buying a store bought computer, as you aren't capable of building one. I have yet to encounter any Live! issues, PCI problems don't even exist, if you set up your board right (which 95% don't), lower IDE performance isn't a bug. >>
If I may communicate of your level:
You are being like Pabster, only on the opposite end of the spectrum. Calling people that have problems with a Via board stupid is not right.
How about you suggest real solutions for these Via "issues" (<newsflash> that by the way, don't exist on other chipsets </newsflash>), instead of just saying its a user problem? Are you "pulling stuff out of (your) ass?"
