Eat everything and love it... Limiting meat is good, but taking it out of the diet is not very smart.

Clean, unpolluted fish is great! Red meat is good every once in a while.

I find dead flesh, skin, bones, cartilage, blood, nerves, veins and muscle rather unappetizing. I do sort of look down upon meat-eaters, particularly the ones who really believe eating meat makes them smart :p How can you eat something that processed an animal's excreta?

Big difference.
Cows are more satisfying and tastier.

And also a lot more inefficient at providing nutrition. Lots more water and topsoil is wasted on making meat. Look it up. I wonder what we all will say when/if manufactured meat comes to market (it was news like a year ago (?) when meat was grown/produced in a lab).

IIRC red meat consumption has been linked to Alzheimer's in later years, though I don't know how or why. Just something I heard.

My wife was a veggietarian when I met her. Now she'll eat any meat but pork. I'm still working on that, because pork roast kicks ass.

Yes, I am fully aware that meat is less efficient in land use. That is one reason why I am very grateful that I can afford to eat meat. I cherish the steak that I can eat.

I love how some vegens and vegetarians where their life choice in regards to what they eat as if it were some badge of honor.

I love eating meat...can't see myself switching.

However the people who have a dear head hanging on the wall treat it as a trophy...sort of like when people were scalped and that was saved.

I don't put the wrapper from my Big Mac on the wall.

A deer head hanging on a wall is a trophy commemorating your accomplishment in taking down a deer... usually a trophy buck.

Not true meat eating, leads to colon cancer and heart problems not to mention obesity.

It's a nice idea, but our species has evolved around an omnivorous diet, and a vegetarian one simply can't supply us with all the nutrition we require. That being said, most of us (myself included) probably eat way more meat than is necessary. But damn it's tasty :D
