Same here regarding the running part. I can easily speed walk for five miles and run stadium stairs yet I can never run far without feeling exhausted and resorting back to walking for awhile.

you wimp - i live in upstate NY - i still run IN THE SNOW!!!. well, on side of the plowed roads, but they are still snowcovered.

Wow. The times when it gets cold here (nothing compared to your temps), the cold air hurts as I am breathing when I am running. I guess it doesn't bother you.

haha mosh, i would run in the snow but its more then im used to(its like 3in, and no plow in my neighborhood yet). That garmin things looks a bit large, from a person that used to get distracted by having a set of keys in there pocket, I probably couldn't wear that, still pretty cool though...I'll go back out as soon as this snow is some what cleared, my 2:45's are begging me to go out...stuck doing situps and reverse crunches in my house. :(

*nice DP, i used to run with my friend from Westpoint, she was on the track team(in/outdoor) as well as the soccer team, we'd fight for who gets to keep pace. I might try and start running with a friend from the UMCP track that i used to work with...he's quick, cracks a 4 min mile pace when were racing, blows me out.
