Any remedies for annoying pimples...

Got this pimple that didn't seem to break the surface of my nose yet, its pretty big, and I have a Christmas party to attend to tonight, there is no way I can go in with this giant pimple. I used toothpaste that really dried my skin out, and turns the pimple to an almost purple colour. It still remains, and I have no idea what to do...

Hmm, he didnt get a response for over 5 hours. Something tells me he just went with it.

In an emergency: Sterile needle. But thats more for safety and sanitation than appearance. Better to pop it in a controlled environment and clean the hole with hydrogen peroxide, as opposed to rolling over and popping during the night, getting dirty & infected.

Its a staph infection ... go to the Dr and get some antibiotics.
