IIRC that fiasco spawned the "Hot Deals" forum and all the bizarro stuff that followed.

I had ordered 5 monitors on 5 different accounts LOL so I got $50 for each one.

No, WMC was in 1998 I think. 10/09/99 was the date AT moved to Fusetalk from UBB.

No, WMC was in 1998 I think. 10/09/99 was the date AT moved to Fusetalk from UBB.

Nope, they had moved to Fusetalk long before that, maybe a year or more before. On 10/09/99 our member database died, and every single poster had to re-join -- hence the oldest join-up date you will ever now see is 10/09/99.
