So anyways bought Company of Heros to accompany my new 19" multiform LCD monitor (which I got for only 150 bucks)

After installing and whatnot I see that you can benchmark with this game. So anyways I figured I'd start this thread to see how people do with this game with various video cards and settings and what not.

I'll start
My rig is in sig.

Settings otherwise, HQ in control panel with 4AA/16AF 1440X900
In game setting everything set to 'High' except shadows to medium.

Results:

Min FPS: 17.0
Average: 32.5
Max: 115.2 FPS

Lets see how everyone else does! 30 FPS is perfect for an RTS game so I'm happy :D

awsome, from your benches i should be well off on my 19"LCD with my 7950gt @ 12x10 resolution

i half regretted buying the 7950gt instead of the x1950xtx, but i think it will do me JUST fine :)

I tired that in the demo but it didnt do anything. Ill assume it was disabled. Anyways I am getting this game tonight and will test it out. In the demo with my 6800GT the thing played vry smooth at 1600X1200 with auto detect features. It looked very nice for a RTS and look forward to playing it this weekend.

I have it, with all settings maxed 1600x1200 I get about 60 FPH. Of course I may get a FPS if I swap out my voodoo3 with the voodoo5 I have sitting around but it's ok. Whenever I loose I blame lag.

I installed it tonight and will bench it tomorrow. I have all video setting at ultra or high at 1920x1200. If I had to guess, avg in the 30s but lows in the low-teens.

This game really plays great on a single X1900 card but it still has performance issues with crossfire. I guess the patch is supposed to fix CF and SLI stuff. I will wait until the patch comes out to buy it. The demo will hold me over for now.

With rig in sig
I got about 34fps avg.

At first it was a slideshow. Then I found the patch. Then it was a faster slide show. Then I turned off TRSS. Then it played alright :)

HQ Set in Nvidia control panel.

All High quality/Ultra With AA enabled.

Avg: 36.5
Max: 93.4
Min: 16.7

Resolution at 1600x1200

Game was running like crap at those settings before the 1.2 patch.

If your running SLI GET THE PATCH.

It runs a lot smoother now, however, doesn't anybody else notice how it hiccups whenever you move the camera around? It's driving me mad.

Demo performance test worked for me. I put the resolution at 1280X1024 and really didn't mess around with the rest. Everything seemed to be defaulted to medium and high settings:

Ave: 68
Max: 181
Min 34

Screw Oblivion, this is the next benchmark I'm going to be using.

I ran the demo test again this time on a Samsung 215tw I'm trying out. Resolution at 1680X1050 and everything maxed.

Ave. 46
Max. 141
Min. 24

So far I'm kinda liking the Sammy. Played some FEAR online DMs and it definitely isn't as quick as my CRT (NEC FE2111sb) but feels very playable so far and text is sooooo much easier to read. I don't think my NEC likes my video card with DVI outputs. I might need to throw it to the wolves on Ebay.

COH is a great game, I'm really enjoying it so far.

With my rig below I'm getting 1680x1050 near max details playable.

This game is basically COD2 RTS done well :)
