Then Jaguar is about the worst you can buy.

But perhaps you should list what you got, since you mention upgrade. And a possible budget.

Why dont you install a discrete graphics card ?? Jaquar Gaming performance is not that higher than Core i3 even with Intel HD2000.

Post a screenshot. Hyperthreading adds logical cores. So an i3 will show as 4 in the OS.

You would be able to upgrade to an i5 or i7 on the same motherboard which your i3 is in.
