Any idea what's wrong with me?

I have had a persistant headache at the base of my skull for the past three days and its not going away... I have been taking IBs but it doesn't seem to be helping. I took four this morning and nothing. It hurts when I lean my head back or lay down. Any Ideas what it could be? Do I have a tumor or something?

Could be from bicycling, but your neck should become accustomed eventually. I think glands can swell up in your neck and cause that kind of headache also. You may need antibiotics.

when i lay down on the armrest of my sofa for an extended period of time, I'll get a headache in the back of my head. Usually goes away though pretty quickly.

 

Do your knees hurt as well ?

uh, yeah.

although i guess we could apply some darwinian theory here. anyone in this day and age stupid enough to NOT see a doctor when they're worried about a tumor should be eliminated from the gene pool as quickly as possible.
