Yes, but I don't consider that to be a book on "computer security." Most of the best security-related material is online (sans.org has a huge library, cert.org does as well, nmrc.org, ntsecurity.com, etc.). A good reference book authored by the founders of Foundstone is called "Hacking Exposed." TCP/IP Illustrated by Stevens is an excellent book on TCP/IP and it's related protocols. It's not directly related to security, but having a profound knowledge of tcp/udp/arp/icmp/ip can be extremely valuable.
Depending on what your focus is, there are other great resources. What are you looking for?
