from the edit, i would say you have a cold. get a bunch of rest and drink a lot of water.
 
I'm an MS1, so i know what the hell i'm talking about. First off, are your cremaster muscles working properly?

If not, then indeed you have aids of the meatus of your penis, more specifically. You'll have roughly 3-6 weeks to live, so sorry.

There's no such thing as 'lymphnoids'. Do you mean your adenoids? Those are tonsils, which are made of lymphatic tissue. Or do you mean lymph nodes (ie. the ones in your neck)?

Either way, sounds like a common infection. Drink lots of clear liquid, get some sleep, eat some chicken noodle soup. If it doesn't get any better in a few days, go back to your health care provider.

Doctors can't diagnose unless they are there in person. They can suggest and then they have to tell you to go see a doctor.
