Any Difference Between These Two Cards?

I'm thinking about getting a sound card to improve gaming performance as I'm using on-board sound now. Is there any difference between these two cards?

There is a $16.00 difference in price after shipping and one comes with a few games. Are those the only differences?

One is retail, the other is OEM. Other than the games and the pretty box, they're the same card.

Here's a clue for you... One's "Retail" and the other is "Bulk" as in PACKAGING... Saw that difference in about 2 seconds flat...

Other than the packaging, and what's included besides the card, they are identical. The bulk is typically used by system builders when they don't care if any of the extra games and junk is included or not.

Thanks guys. Do you think a SB Live! will perform just as well as the Audigy 2 ZS if I only have 5 speakers? Do both offer hardware acceleration to draw the sound workload away from the cpu?

No... If you have the funds to get the Audigy 2ZS, do it.
