Any Difference Between These Two Cards?

Here's a clue for you... One's "Retail" and the other is "Bulk" as in PACKAGING... Saw that difference in about 2 seconds flat...

Other than the packaging, and what's included besides the card, they are identical. The bulk is typically used by system builders when they don't care if any of the extra games and junk is included or not.
 
Thanks guys. Do you think a SB Live! will perform just as well as the Audigy 2 ZS if I only have 5 speakers? Do both offer hardware acceleration to draw the sound workload away from the cpu?

No... If you have the funds to get the Audigy 2ZS, do it.
