Any diet pills actually work ?

I use white kidney bean extract as a carb blocker and green tea extract for basic metabolic function. It has done wonders for me. I am a little concerned about the ephedrine but I also avoid any pre workout stuff like jack3d. So keep that in perspective.

Sure other things can help, but do you really want to put all sorts of unnatural shit inside your body? I stopped taking all those preworkout "fat burners" and stuff like that because they made me feel like garbage.

Eat natural, eat healthy, lift weights and do cardio. It's really that simple.

I on the other hand has become really toned and tight overall from head to toe. But because I have a slim built, it doesn't matter how much I eat, my metabolism just burns everything. So instead of looking all buffed and big, I've become really sculpted. It's all in the genes!

Very true! I use an app on my phone to keep track of the calories I intake and of my exercise. It is effective, but you have to be honest about what you eat and you have to stick to it.

I am totally agree with you. Eat less and exercise more and hold on to this lifestyle is the best way to lose weight.

Sudafed contains Pseudoephedrine.

Pseudoephedrine has absolutely no thermogenic or appetite suppresive effects and is therefore useless for anything weight loss related. Ephedrine does, Pseudoephedrine doesn't.
 
of course nooooooooooooo.eating bills to lose weight will rebound ,and every medicant has side effect,you should still try a natural way.

The efficacy of the ephedrine in the eca stack doesn't rely primarily on the thermogenic/appetite suppressive effects.
 
Haha, magic weightloss pill, the holy grail 😀 It actually does exist. It's called DNP, but I can't imagine idiot so big who'd take it. Not to mention it's probably impossible to obtain (and that's a good thing).
Other than that, there are things that will do the job, but you have to give it something. Without some sort of regular working out, not even steroids would do jack shit.

Bottom line is: so called fat burners do exist, but the only working ones is the illegal stuff (and you have to make sure you don't buy a fake, which is about 90% likely to happen anyway 😛)
 
COuld someone please help me to where to find ephedrine ? I have looked online and everyone shows "out of stock" or other stuff saying they don't sell it anymore. I am interested in trying an ECA stack and would appreciate some advice on where to get it...

Well, ephedra (the plant) was made illegal to sell in 2006. Ephedrine supply, I imagine as a result, has lessened.

You have to get it illegally, just like steroids. Of course, unless you know the source you are buying from really well, the chance of getting a fake (or just plain robbed) is almost guaranteed.

It is not illegal to buy ephedrine, just they cannot sell it in the US by itself.

Thats right. I still use it, great workout supplement with caffeine. Damn shame about the restrictions here, because it is one of the handful of supplements that actually truly works.
