Harvey - you do know that none of us here at AT P&N have the authority to prosecute Bush, correct?
It's like, wow, move on. Seriously.
People don't "debate" you primarily because they don't care enough about your problems. Bush will not be prosecuted. You can take your "argument" a million different ways. But it always ends in Bush not being prosecuted.
You really think he'll resign? Personally I think this is completely in character for Wiener and I don't see him being materially affected at all, other than maybe some people seeing how truly poor is his intellectual prowess and maybe dropping a few points in his next re-election. It's humiliating, granted, and no doubt puts some strain on his marriage, but in the overall scheme of Congressional hijinks this seems pretty tame and harmless. I know a Republican Congressman resigned after being caught sending shirtless pictures to a young woman, but that's a Republican; they tend to run on being good people. Democrats run on a promise to take stuff from other people and give it to you, which is hardly affected by emailing pictures of his junk to coeds. Wiener especially has made little effort (at least as far as I can tell) to be perceived as anything but a total dick for his entire Congressional career. He's toast. He was misidentified as a Republican by Reuters with this headline. "Republican Weiner uncertain whether lewd photo was of him" Reuters . It was picked up by numerous wire services, but Reuters has since fixed their headline. He's still toast though. One of the few places that didn't fix the headline.

"I have photographs. I don't know what photographs are out there in the world of me," he said in one cable news interview, asked whether he'd ever snapped a photo like that of himself.
Republicans step down when there's a scandal, democrats don't. That's a fact.

Cut or uncut? That is the question.
Of course spidey's wrong. Its a given.Don't you ever tire of being full of shit? Is there any topic you won't try to distort?
Mark Sanford called! Said to say hello and to keep up the good work. He mentioned asking you not to google Gov. James McGreevey but then trailed off about hiking and I stopped listening... Larry Craig was in the background complaining about carry-on charges or something, I dunno it was hard to hear.
Edit: Spidey, partisan and wrong as usual - that's a fact.
The truth, though, is that it is possible that the Weiner-wiener incident was pulled off by pranksters who knew how to manipulate yFrog into posting a photo to Weiner's account. yFrog, like many other image services, allows users to send a photo to a specialized e-mail address made for that person's account; when the service receives the message, it gets posted automatically and then tweeted out to the world.
The yFrog e-mail addresses given to users aren't public, but they also aren't hard to crack with some patience and some brute force. As noted by the Daily Dot, the format includes the user's twitter name, a period, and a random word between five and six characters @yfrog.com (for example, mine might be something like ejacqui.bears@yfrog.com). And because yFrog apparently accepts submissions to those secret e-mail addresses from any account, any prankster who has guessed the random dictionary word could send a photo to Weiner's account as if it were from Weiner himself.
Of course spidey's wrong. Its a given.
You know, to be fair, I've actually seen the dude make factually correct (even helpful) posts before in OT, usually regarding firearms. The intoxicated bigot with a brain injury routine usually seems to be relegated to P&N.
I'd have less of a problem with his partisan ass if it didn't spew so much dishonesty and hate.
Ars Technica shows just how EASY it would have been to hack his yFrog account:
In which case there should be no problem with Wiener stating "that's not my wiener."
