Jesus, ATOT is obnoxious. Just be decisive, TridenT. Women like that. I'll be honest: I haven't had that much success with chasing women (although lots of ugly chicks come after me - it's annoying), but more than you (and I'm only about a year older). Here are a few tips that I can offer:

-Find something you really excel at - something that is impressive to other people. When I was young, my dad told me that everyone should be better than everyone else at at least 1 thing. I'm a good writer, I'm a decent ice skater, and I have an aptitude for languages. Just find SOMETHING - girls like guys who have something to offer.

-Improve yourself. You'll instantly feel better about yourself (which will almost certainly make you better in social situations) if you feel like you're improving in some way. I've started working out a bit more and I've found some creative outlets (writing, guitar), and I feel about 100x more confident than I ever did in high school.

Don't put off improving your quality of life - the sooner you do it, the sooner you'll be happier. Feeling sorry for yourself won't get you anywhere. I typically find that instead of moping around, it's better to just scream or punch something and let the emotions out - crying like a little kid will only make you feel more pathetic.
