Man shoots and kills four kids' parents because their dog was messing his porch. He's charged with capital murder. How does Texas expect an armed society to be a polite society if they don't let you use your guns on people who irritate you? An unused gun isn't much of a threat.

You're right, people are helpless mindless drones who need to be stripped of all dangerous objects and micromanaged in a sterilized society by the proper authorities. Gee, sarcasm sure is fun.

Where is the story about 4 kids?

I see one about 2 adults, both aged 31 who were too lazy to take their dog out and left it on the porch to urinate and defecate. Gravity then had its way with the poor man's porch and he sadly snapped after repeated attempts to get them to correct their terrible dog ownership.

I'd sooner ban dogs from relieving themselves on porches where the excrement can fall on a neighbor than ban guns.

Aside from the story, it's good to know OP is either a complete liar, or simply cant read. He has completely removed intelligent and honest from the discussion of his particular characteristics.

This was in Texas, so that might actually be the closest thing to true there.

“Little baby — they call the newborn Little Mama — Little Mama is not going to never know her parents. She’ll never know her parents. Never.”

I think this tells us all we need to know about the people who were shot.

It's in the article if you read it. Takes some simple math but think you can handle it.

So the dude will fry, and it'll hopefully serve as a lesson to other idiots that if you're going to do idiot things, you'll be held accountable for them.

Why does this have anything to do with limiting gun rights? Given that this was a used gun, what does an unused gun have to do with anything?

EDIT: Dude should have just shot the dog.

He shot the right people. The dog is innocent, the owners were not. That's not to say the owner's were deserving, they certainly were not. They were the most proper people to shoot in this case.

That's the problem though: No people should have been shot period. If anything was going to be shot (and I don't think anything should have been), it'd be the dog, since we can't go around shooting people who aren't a direct threat to ourselves/other people.

Really he should have either let the law handle it, or, failing that, found a much more creative way to get his point across.

He should have lit their porch on fire. Fire department would have thought maybe the poop spontaneously ignited. Texas gets hot enough for that.

Glad he had a gun, that way he only killed the people he intended to kill... Versus fire/bomb/whatever.

And I agree that this is not the dog's fault. There should seriously be a law against your animals disturbing the peace.

Texas and Texans are so full of sh*t that if that was true the entire state would be cinders by now.

Kim said during a jailhouse interview this morning that the confrontation began over “human being [feces].” Kim claims Stafford put the waste at his door, then walked away. Kim claims that when he went to confront Stafford about the feces, Stafford pulled out a weapon.
“He pointed a gun at my head,” said Kim, who maintains his own weapon was in a lock box. “I take his gun.”
Kim says that’s when he shot Stafford. But he denies shooting Jackson, claiming today that he went blank during the incident that left five children without their mother.
“The police is wrong,” Kim said. “I don’t know how she died. I don’t remember nothing. I shoot him. I didn’t shoot her. My head all blank. This man is trying to kill me.”
He also denied witness accounts that he and the couple have been involved in a long-running dispute over noise coming from Stafford and Jackson’s upstairs apartment.
“I’ve been at complex 10 years, and I didn’t bother no one,” he maintained. “That’s a lie. People are always prejudiced.”
Cleared.

Really something like that is what I'd have gone for. Or, bury their front door/car whatever under a pile of manure. Something that sends the message, "I will not be the only one dealing with sh1t I don't want".

See kids? This is what happens when women have sex with horses. You end up with people like the OP.

Just say no to bestiality.

I don't think that is the child's name - just a nickname.

This story is interesting in that it sounds like this guy was appropriately upset with these people and just snapped. In retrospect it would obviously be better if he'd called the police and/or animal control, but he didn't (or perhaps he did, and didn't get the help he needed). This does sound to me like a situation in which there would likely not be anyone dead if he had not owned a gun, but one never knows.

Rofl yeah right...... When someone snaps like that they don't just walk away. It's a good thing he had a gun rather than filling his apartment with gas and blowing everything up.

Bet they were thugs.
They don't look like thugs, do they?

On a side note, I know a lot of well-to-do people of Asian decent who are armed. Doctors, dentists, nurses, business owners, etc.

I'm guessing they know better than most people about how helpless you feel in a country where the only people who are armed are criminals and tyrants.
