And in my opinion race is a complete non-factor at this point. There is not a thing which indicates it happened because the guy is burnt umber or darker.

This crap happens to everyone. Something similar has happened to me. It happened to the duck guy.

Until some evidence shows that this happened due to race, it shouldn't even be an issue. Only the people who constantly focus on skin color want it to be about skin color.

You've never heard of Treme? Really?? Have you heard of HBO, the network it's on? You may not have ever watched Treme, possibly because it's about the lives of (mostly) black people in New Orleans post Katrina, but to say you've never heard of it beggars the imagination. 😱

And, please stop with the lawyerly half lies. Treme is slated to start it's FOURTH and final season in December.

I have HBO and watch movies on it occasionally and I can't remember seeing commercials or the show Treme. Then again I have uVerse U450 plan and there are many shows that I never seen or heard of either.

I shop at Macys on occasion and have never had a problem.
