You called them liars. You accused them of having their buddies prank call the cops.

You also accused him of hiding key details...like, if he was wearing a hoodie or not.

Those are accusations.

O Rly? This is coming from the person that immediately asserted that Dunn was innocent and that Jordan Davis and his friends had a shotgun (that doesn't exist, mind you).

Why are certain types of people not to be trusted and other types are?

Lying again.

Let me know when you can find concrete evidence on the forum that I only defend brown people and not anybody else.

I have not "accused". I have not said, those kids are lying.

I have presented alternative scenarios that are possible, probable even. I'm not saying they did it. Merely bringing up topic for conversation and my opinions on what PROBABLY happened. I'm not saying string them up in court over it, but it is a definite factor in an online discussion.

And regarding dunn... I have made it clear numerous times that I don't think the guy is morally innocent. I simply won't act like the felon thug crew are saints just because dunn screwed up. The issues with the felon thug crew don't just disappear because dunn is a moron. I think they both screwed up, based on what we know as fact.

And let me know when you find "concrete evidence" that I only defend or reject any particular culture or group of people. Over the years I've been here I consistently have the same sorts of opinions on idiots and thugs who make mistakes. I could not care less about color, culture, or any other genetic difference.

You do realize that saying you doubt someone's story and then presenting what you think really happened suggests that they are lying, right?

You wouldn't be trying to change the story if you didn't think they weren't being truthful about it.

Lastly, you trying to do a character assassination on Rob Brown was just the icing on the cake. Not only did you accuse him of lying, acting suspicious, and suggesting he was dressed inappropriately for the store....you also tried to say that he was just broke, and was trying to tell this story for the money and to stay relevant. That was disgusting and childish.

I am not too familiar with him either, but judging from how he presents himself and how articulate he is, I'd wager that he is a better person than you could ever be, even on his worst days.

Do you have his poster on your wall?

He is a sexy dude. Of course, sexy dudes try to game macy's for settlement money too. Looks aren't everything SHM, you need to start looking past skin deep.

So, I guess this is the part where you start trolling. Taking the Alkymist route? I don't blame you.

And you're right, he is pretty attractive now that I think of it.

We all knew you had a huge crush on this guy. Dreamy Rob. It's ok, I understand. You've just gotta swallow those emotions when trying to logically look at a situation.

I'm trying to "agree to disagree" with you. There's no point in the back and forth nastiness until we get better evidence about what really went down that day.

I dunno, I've never heard of treme or this guy. And the show got cancelled a few years ago, according to wikipedia.

You've never heard of Treme? Really?? Have you heard of HBO, the network it's on? You may not have ever watched Treme, possibly because it's about the lives of (mostly) black people in New Orleans post Katrina, but to say you've never heard of it beggars the imagination. 😱

And, please stop with the lawyerly half lies. Treme is slated to start it's FOURTH and final season in December.

I could not care less about color, culture, or any other genetic difference.

For a person who carries himself in an intelligent and thoughtful manner in private convos, you certainly post in an almost cartoon-level racist manner.

SA, here on the forums, we consistently find you hunkered down in the same ugly and crazy bunker as Incorruptible and Spidey. Don't you ever feel the need for a shower?

Unbalanced in the extreme: Your posts -- their tone, their substance, their fevered profusion -- in any thread involving a black person, are so out there in the feral and fearful land of blinkered bunker bigotry I despair of you ever finding your way back home.

Ugly, primitive yahooism. Why do spend so much energy promoting it here?

WHY? 🙁

Seriously guys, not everyone is a TV junky. I've NEVER heard to Treme. Basic cable here guys...$15/month.

No cable at all and I've heard of it. Regardless, the fact that SA is now concocting stories based on no evidence that he thinks a famous actor's friend called the cops on him to precipitate a racial profiling incident is pretty hilarious.

I mean is there anyone left on here who sincerely thinks that were this guy to have been white that SA's reaction would be the same? I mean... anyone? The guy is probably ATPN's #1 racist at this point.

If the duck guy pulled this BS... Random calling in, knew it wasn't macy's that called, and then went on TV stations doing interviews about how he was suing macy's.. I would treat him the EXACT same way.

I have presented alternative scenarios that are possible, probable even.

You really think it's probably that Brown ginned up this incident? He was buying the watch for his mother's graduation from college, happening one hour hence. If not for the police escort, he never would have made it there.

What kind of racist delusion makes you think your alternate scenario is not just possible, but probable? How riddled with racist rage do you have to be to go there first in incidents like this? 🙁

It's a free country. He can speculate all he wants. I don't necessarily agree with it, but it's his right.

It's also SHM's right to get all race crazy over it. It seems to be a typical reaction.

And to mirror what you said, if the guy was white, I doubt SHM would even care in the least. It'd be whitey getting what he deserves.

What does that have to do with anything? The only right to free speech you have in America is the right that the government can't come and stop you. Other people are free to call your speech racist and reprehensible, and private boards such as AT are free to censor and ban your speech.

Even if that were the case (which I do not agree), that in no way excuses SA's racism in this thread.

If the guy was white I think almost everyone here would assume that there was either some legitimate reason for the police to have been called. Or at worse an honest mistake.

Then the mods can do that. Like I care, lol.

I bring it up because I doubt he's not like this face to face.

I'm not making excuses. SA and SHM are opposite sides of the same coin, IMO.

So now a black man with a good appearance/demeaner is a rouse??

You'll never quit.

I think he's trying to say that I have a crush on him. Or that since I find him attractive, I can't consider the possibility of SA's scenario of how this story really went down.

Either way, I now know that he is willing to lower himself to the behavior of a child in elementary school to try and "win" an argument.

Basically, he's a stupid-poopie-doodie-face.

I don't understand how he was arrested for shopping. Was he asked to leave, refused, and then arrested for refusing to leave? Or did the cops just come up and arrest him?

If he was not asked by the store to leave and just arrested, sure it could be racist. If they asked him to leave, he refused, they called the cops who probably attempted to get him to leave, he again refused, and was then arrested? Well, too bad for him. It is not like Macy's refused service, they sold him the watch. If I were the manager, I'd just say "we asked him to leave because his movies suck."

As a white man who has been asked to leave much nicer places than Macy's because of appearance (apparently, having full sleeves of tattoos makes you a bad person), this guy needs to stop being a baby.

You chose to wear tattooed sleves. Black people don't have a choice.

Do you not think it's suspicious that macy's, a company known for excellent security, would outright state that the call did not come from their store? Should this end up in court they are going to need to show that. I'm certain that their lawyers and security people would not make that statement unless they were completely certain it were accurate.

If the call didn't come from the store then who did it?

It's a huge factor in why this went down the way it did.

Like I said... We don't have enough facts to know for sure what happened. We are ALL speculating at this point.
