If it was paid for by a private organization, then nothing. But if taxpayers footed the bill, then everything.
Over the years, we've seen many ads that warn of the health hazards of drugs, drinking & driving, various foods and especially, tobacco products. Which of these do you suppose are paid for with tax payer dollars? So far as I know, the government issues things like Surgeon General's warnings. They don't produce TV ads. These types of ads are generally funded by NGO's such as the America Lung Association, etc. But hey, maybe I'm wrong and somewhere tax payer money is paying for ads like this.
