How did he get cleared of any wrongdoing? He was obviously in the wrong in everything he did. He had no right to put her under arrest, he had no right to spray her.
Where did this take place. Dayton?

Gotta love how the cop sees no repercussion for something like that and the taxpayers pick up a $60K tab....
No. She did nothing wrong. She was obviously upset but that only took place AFTER the cop came into the back on his own. This is AFTER the mgr told him that he was mistaken.Originally posted by: Schadenfroh
Can we say over reacting on the part of both parties?

Cop was definately wrong and should have been fired.
I must admit though listening to her I wanted to spray her.

yes both parties, if I was the cop and I mistakenly thought I gave someone a 20, I sure wouldn't care if I was right or wrong, given that she acted inthat way. She's freaking 16 and she dares to yell at a cop, cussing at him, saying "i ain't take yo damn money mother #$%!@" ?? the cop was pissed, I don't think he cared about the 20 bucks anymore, he just wanted to get the little brat and teach her a lesson, but since she got 60k, I'm sure she'll believe she's above the law now.
"She's freaking 16" You said it all right there. The cop, however, isn't.Originally posted by: EmperorIQ
