For upper back training, the pullup is a great excersise, no doubt about that, but what about lower back, chest, shoulders and legs?
If you're serious about training you need a gym membership...
lower back = bent forwar rows, upper extensions, squats or dead lifts will work also,
chest = bench press with varying inclines, dips with weights but bench with varying inclines works everything more or less,
shoulders = military press, behind head press,
legs = squats, cleans, deadlifts,
If you want to get bigger you need to work heavy weights. The body weight excerises are GREAT but you won't get *much* bigger though. If you do though it will take a long time but more often then not you will more likely tone then get bigger by much. Hit the gym and do squats, bench press and deadlifts. 3x a week and in 6 months you will be lifting shedloads and will be much bigger.
Eat properly and sleep properly. Drink plenty of water.
How much do you weigh?
Note: Working your legs and ass the biggest muscles in your body will help to add overal size faster then working your arms as your arms are small compared to your legs and ass. Work your legs and ass more = bigger faster.
