What brands of fish oil do you all recommend?

I've only taken Wild Alaskan from Costco, but moving to Omega Red Krill instead. That was a few years ago and I haven't taken anything in a few years. I'd like to try it again. I'm fine with putting my money into quality.

Well it is making sense,I didn't knew these things about it basically i have heard and in fact tried the benefits of fish oil but undoubtedly its a bother and we should have knowledge about this all,Appreciate your knowledge you have posted something really useful.

You get what you pay for. If you use high grade, high dose fish oil from am IFOS 5 Star company, then you will get good results.

There is no reason to question the results Dr. Sears has gotten the last 20 years. Only thing to question is the practices of companies looking to cash in selling crap.

Consumer reports - "Ultra" is the category you need to look at the most, although the 'natural' category is good too.

Anyone who says the health food industry is a scam is just running their mouth. As stated above..you get what you pay for...and you have to do your do diligence and become properly educated...as in all things in life...so you make good, informed decisions.
