They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

But I speak to border guards and they tell us what we’re getting. And it only makes common sense. It only makes common sense. They’re sending us not the right people.

It’s coming from more than Mexico. It’s coming from all over South and Latin America, and it’s coming probably— probably— from the Middle East. But we don’t know. That said, I'd like to point out that the position that you actively support is more dangerous and more enabling to govt tyranny than anything you listed Because what you support is the idea that rights are not inherent, but granted by law under a legal concept known as citizenship, without which persons have no rights. In addition, you support the agenda to erode the Constitutional right to birthright citizenship, thus making it possible for govt arbitrarily revoke citizenship. And, as evidenced by your post, you support guilt-by-association regardless of how tenuous that association might be, thus enabling govt to revoke citizenship, and subsequently basic rights, of large groups of people based upon the perceived crimes of a few.

So, as an example, while you're worried that the 2a might be repealed, you're pushing for an agenda in which it wouldn't have to be repealed for people to lose their 2a rights. All govt would have to do is revoke their citizenship, and all of those bad things you listed above could be done to them. Which is exactly what the Nazis did BTW. But hey, it almost certainly won't happen to you, and if your rights are all you care about, then what's the big deal amirite?

Confederates were not "Founding Fathers", they weren't even Americans. They were a foreign enemy state, waging war against the United States.

They had established their own legislative, and executive branches. They had their own own money. (Which today, makes really good toilet paper.)

They raised a standing army of their own. They renounced their citizenship.

Having Confederate statues, is no different than a statue of Emperor Hirohito in some park in remembrance of him bombing Pearl Harbor. Maybe I'll see if I can get a Japanese flag to fly , and see how that works for some of these idiots.
