Why would you do that to yourself for a few dollars?

Uh...4 days of free food plus a few dollars? Who wouldn't do that?
Now I don't have to shop all week. Saved me $15 alone yesterday, got dragged to a restaurant with some other folks but I didn't order anything (didn't even take a sip of water).

Wait... I thought that you ate it all in one sitting?

Well you aren't going to actually fast for the next 4 days are you? You panic store the 7,400 calories and 12 hours later your glucose levels will plummet again. So more like a days worth of food. You pretty much gained 1.5 lbs of fat by eating that. There are ~4100 calories in a lb of fat.

In order to crack the fat stores you either have to use it aerobically via your muscles, or be starving. A 150lb person would have to climb 1,040 flights of stairs to burn 5,400 calories of fat minus the 2,000 you use a day living.

1040 flights of stairs to only burn 5400 calories? Sounds ridiculous.

I don't really eat any fast food but lookign at that chicken nugget meal and the chicken burger made me frickin hungry. Of course we don't have any JitB here, don't even know if there are any in Canada at all.
