It is not criminal for a 14 year old girl to have sex with a 30 year old man but it is illegal for a 30 year old man to have sex with a 14 year old girl.

The reason is that she cannot legally consent which makes it rape.

The person this thread is talking about did a lot more then just breasts it appears so saying breasts only makes no sense here.

Also it showed about any sexual explicit image and that usually falls in there.

There is a difference between being topless say in a beach and sharing the images in the way of sexting as that is illegal.

A 14 year old having sex with a 30 year old is the same damned thing as a 30 year old having sex with a 14 year old. The only thing that changed is the order of the sentence.

It is illegal for a 14 year old to have sex with a 30 year old because 14 is not old enough to legally consent. EITHER way you spin the sentence, its the same thing. It is still illegal either way you put it.

The adult goes to jail. The child does not.

A minor will not be charged for having sex with a adult, there for not illegal for the minor. An adult will be charged for having sex with a minor, there for illegal. Is that explained simply enough for you.

Sex with a minor is regarded as rape since the minor cannot consent, it is illegal for the adult to have sex with her but just like it's not illegal to be a rape victim it isn't illegal for a minor to have sex with an adult.

No fucking catch-22 about it, it's as clear as fucking daylight to any thinking human being.

Unless you want to argue that the case of rapist - rape victim also is a catch-22 since the rape victim isn't doing anything illegal.

Distributing CP is of course illegal but a minor nude on camera would not incriminate her regardless of who was watching, it might incriminate them and the company handling the distribution though.

Nope, it is absolutely illegal to possess such pictures, which if you could read you would already have read i said.

It's not illegal for a girl to take those pics of herself though or even pose for them, she is NOT commmiting a crime by doing so.

That is the point and no matter how much you feel it's all the young girls fault it doesn't work that way in sane societies.

reality and laws. Sure a teen can technically consent. Legally they cannot. The end problem still exists, both had sex. so yes laws aside people can give consent, laws are what each country writes and deems to be as a course of action. But i really don't care enough to bicker about something that serves no end purpose other than to make yourself feel better....shoudln't you be calling me childish names by now?

You claimed before that it was not illegal for a minor to take a fully nude photo of herself and have it available for viewing.

You said she committed no crime on her part but that the person who distributed the photo would be accountable.

It is illegal to PRODUCE child porn here in the US. Are you saying it is not so in the UK?
