What's up.

I'm looking into a multivitamin - i took animalpak years ago when i lifted which it was great. I don't lift too much anymore (tore my labrum, had 1 surgery, having a 2nd possibly soon, my shoulder is FUBAR - guess that's what happens when you were 17, 5'8 160lbs. and threw 92MPH :\) anywhooo

would animalpak be a good multi to use now - when i go to the gym 2x per week for mostly cardio - or will i be wasting $.

i don't mind spending the cash - just dont want to throw it away.

You know, I really wouldn't see any point in getting so many supplements if you're not lifting hard. This is one that is meant to help you get bigger and stronger. I don't see it being very beneficial if you're not doing something like a body building workout.

I recommend it if you diet and training are solid. Although controlled labs Orange Triad might be better for you.
