Without knowing more about you I can say that I've had many lazy times and been accused by myt parents of havnig a future of pumping gas. But, they don't really believe it. They say it but we both knew it wouldn't happen, and it hasn't. Unless your parents really believe you're gonna be a screw up they may just be saying these things to scare you.

Judging by the fact that all your responses are one sentence or less and that you don't bother with punctuation gives great credence to your family's opinion. Just go get a job that you want to do then.

Well like they want me to go work at their stores. and look at my dad's real estate projects. I don't want to

meaning what - that they want you to work part time at the store or in your dad's realestate buisness while you go to school? Or that they just want you to take a job there and do it for a living - i.e. No school; this will be your one & only occupation for the forseeable future. If it's the first one, then get off your duff and go to work. May not be much money, but it's better than nothing. If it's the second, why would they want you to do that? You said you got bad grades, but that you are improving. If this is the case, then ask them to give you a little time; everybody should be allowed to fvck up once in a while. We're human, not perfect. Just try not to do it again. Believe me - I'm speaking from experience.

How are your grades? Are you taking any challenging courses? Do you take part in things that interest you? What do you do in your spare time? Got a job?

And I think it is perfectly right to their judgement because they are your parents. I would reccomend fixing up the questions I just asked if they're in a bad shape and make sure your attitude is good, beyond that, its your life.

Hehe

Crank up the stereo real loud to occult rock music, place effigeys of the devil throughout your room, dress black and tattoo a pentagram on your arm... then talk to your mom about angst 😀

I was a bad kid; did drugs, dropped out of school, etc etc etc.

6 years later I'm a software engineer for a gaming company making decent $$$.
