Angry woman rages at skate park.

Damn, I grew up street skating but I don't think I could hang out at these little parks that exist these days. Every time I see these videos no one is even skating, it's usually just little dorks hanging out.

Thankfully I know (adult) people that have private indoor shit these days when I feel like riding.

Now if only youtube let me watch it as it's still giving the error message about watching it on youtube.

YT is acting up right now. You cant subscribe, read comments or check your subscriptions. Ive checked different accounts at different locations and its the same.

Go to youtube and put "Skater V.S Old Man ( MUST SEEEE)" in the search. The poster does not lie, it really is "Must See Non-TV!"

How often do you get to see a lone brave German killer face down a horde of possible Cripps, what with their hippity-hop and all? 😀

As my mom used to say, if a woman hits you, then she's not acting like a woman, she's acting like a man, and its ok to hit her back.

Taking abuse from a woman because she is a woman is just STUPID.

My Mom (a full blooded German) taught me you never hit a lady but you slap a bitch. Meaning if a Woman hits you 1st then you have the right to open hand slap them back.😱

Video was not entertainment at all.

That little girl needs a smack right on her fat little ass. Getting in the faces of the boys like that. Then she smacks one of them and they knock her teeth out and suddenly it's another "abused woman" who is "so traumatized" by her experience. D: Then she grows up to be a husband-smacking wife. Her poor future husband. Why did I click this thread? Now I'm all angry and disgusted.
Something is wrong with you, more specifically your view of women.

My guess a bunch of idiot kids who felt strong in number started to harass a stranger and she got, not surprisingly, pissed off by it, as all of us here would, though some don't want to admit it.

We don't know what was in the vid before beginning but alkemyst has some good points and audio surveillance in particularly has stronger laws. I hope you folks don't believe you could go up to a stranger in a park with your buddies, break out the vid camera while they're minding their own business, and film them from 15 feet away specifically while making (what were probably in the video) derogatory and or aggravating comments and that it's perfectly legal.

Here is the deal breaker...chick was a minor...also the videotaping laws are more about being able to tape a public/private area in general and not be focused on a single subject.

Once you add in audio recording the entire game changes...most "videotaping" laws you are probably familiar with are not interested in audio...it's outside the law scope.

I deploy these kinds of things REGULARLY. Getting cameras up is common and not an issue. As soon as you start recording audio, esp conversations you are illegal even if it's publically accessable private property if you haven't gotten their consent.

Just because others agree with you it doesn't make them right.

You're pretty fired up on this topic, and trolling by the looks of it. There is no expectation of privacy in public outdoor places. As your link states, as long as they aren't profiting from it, they can record and post whatever they want. As someone else posted some states are trying to pass laws making it illegal to record police officers, but that could very well be struck down federally.

In this case, if they sold it to a TV station or other news outlet, they'd need permission, and more specifically from her parents.

Of course laws very from location to location, but in general, there is no expectation of privacy in a public location such as a park or skate park. The girl could ask to not be filmed, but if she chooses to remain in their presence, and involve herself in their activities, she is basically implying consent.

She did state to stop filming, and a minor...and again you have no real clue on the real laws. The funny thing is like the other thread on raping a chick by lying to her, you dudes have some fucked up belief systems.

That's the issue.
