I've been hit with a cast iron frying pan and I still didn't hit her (my ex). just move on and find someone else.

she's an alcoholic who would get violent when she drank.

Damn she made you her bitch.

Fuck that, I would never, ever hit a woman unless she had a gun or something pointed at me and was about to kill me. I've had to hold the arms of a girl trying to beat me and that worked just fine, if she happened to get a couple of strikes in, well so be it.

KT

As my mom used to say, if a woman hits you, then she's not acting like a woman, she's acting like a man, and its ok to hit her back.

Taking abuse from a woman because she is a woman is just STUPID.

Where do you guys get this bs?

Harassment, cyberbullying are two big issues that will trump. Whatever make believe legal system you follow.

That's the thing, they were not harassing her as she came by them and they taped it.

Plus it's legal to record people and their voice in a public area but another to follow them around when they ask you to stop.

And I see no cyberbullying as they uploaded the video only and not included her private information in the video.

Believe what you want.

They were harrassing her at the water fountain which lead her to approach the cameraman.

You are obviously trolling here.

private information is not a requirement in cyberbullying. I am sure the kids local to these people know the names and places.

Pretty sad your outlook on this.

Harrasment or not that didnt give her the right to hit anyone. She should have simply left the scene or held her temper in check.

You've already stated your opinion and some have disagreed. Unless you have something new to add, there is not much sense repeating yourself.

People can disagree with you, but then you'll probably argue with that as well. That is trolling.

Sounds to me like you are mad bro. :p

Again they have every right to videotape a person in a public place as it has been shown in law cases that it is allowed and perfectly legal.

Show me proof otherwise to prove your statement instead of random items you believe is true when it's not.

It's one thing if they follow her around but they did not do that and she approached them and they used it as evidence of her harassment and assault.

Just because they were acting like kids like they were does not mean they broke the laws on that place.

I am sure you will come back and say it's illegal with no proof again but as you have shown before you will continue to argue even when you are on the wrong side so it will be ignored but have fun anyways.

You are a little fast to throw 'troll' around brah, legally I'd be dead on accurate.

Also I never spoke on the slap, that would be assault.

If you choose to address me, do so in regards to the topic. You are not a moderator and this is OT. I haven't trolled anywhere here.

Here is the deal breaker...chick was a minor...also the videotaping laws are more about being able to tape a public/private area in general and not be focused on a single subject.

Once you add in audio recording the entire game changes...most "videotaping" laws you are probably familiar with are not interested in audio...it's outside the law scope.

I deploy these kinds of things REGULARLY. Getting cameras up is common and not an issue. As soon as you start recording audio, esp conversations you are illegal even if it's publically accessable private property if you haven't gotten their consent.

Just because others agree with you it doesn't make them right.

Yeah, little girl = woman because she is a little tubby to these pedos.

Pretty sad that our masses are on the dumbass skater's side (I used to be a skater, the current group are just a bunch of punks).

Most states with laws on the books trying to curtail video taping in public because people were video taping public officials(cops). They try to tie it into wiretapping laws. Many are plea bargined for the ones who had a crappy lawyer. The ones who put up a fight they drop the charges because they know it wouldnt pass the constitutional test. The states keep the law on the books to intimidate people into not video taping public officials.

That link just shows you are wrong and what we are saying is right.

"You need to be careful. Not only do you need to pay attention to where your shooting, but who you're capturing is important, too. You may face a lawsuit if you plan on selling your pictures or video and the person you captured on film doesn't give you their permission or consent."

They were not selling it nor is it illegal even if they did, a civil suit is a different matter then the laws we are talking about.

As for the audio they were not hiding the fact they were taping it so no such laws apply to it for happening in a public location.

Keith: Ever been cracked in the head with a beer bottle by your pissed off girlfriend? To the point you needed staples to close it? Ever had that GF get off scott-free while you got locked up? Probably not.

Are you serious? You don't see how getting cracked in the head with a bottle (with no instigation on your part) justifies hitting someone back? You got another pair of those Rose-Colored-Glasses?

Holy crap, who are you dating? No, I've never been hit with a beer bottle by a pissed off girlfriend. That's insane.

Felix, stop leaving your account logged in. Apparently you're old enough to have a 12 year old kid who found this on youtube and thought it was funny. That's gotta be what happened - it's the only possible explanation. I won't believe any explanation that involves anyone older than about 14-15 years old posting that video, because I can't believe that anyone older than 14-15 would find that video amusing.

This.

I had to chop an ex in the throat when she tried to tear off my ear. She was drunk and cold (and bipolar).

Same ex used to throw bottles and wine glasses around the apartment over petty shit.

She liked to fuck though and I wasn't looking to marry her.

Read the part about minors and also it would fall under the law if they were selling it. I don't think you understand the law.

She never consented to audio recording and she was a direct subject. This would not float in any court.

It's amazing though how a grown man gets a thrill over this. Sort of scary.

It's apparent you have your own legal system and think because it's funny it must be legal.

You mentioned it first. You like calling other people things like pedo and troll, but when it happens to you its not fair anymore.

Did you really think you could just be slick about that and no one would notice?

The problem is if you think a 14 year old girl is a woman, that is pedo.

When you totally attack another poster, that is trolling.

You're just being stupid now. You called Newbian a troll because he disagreed with you. We were both in the right because she smaked that kid for no damn reason.

Her age does not excuse her behavior and the fact that you are defending her tells me that you would probably do the same damn thing she did.

Internet tough guy.

That may apply to you as your history has shown but as the law states what the kids did was legal so keep on trucking.

this is a women. she is post puberty. she is no "child" she may be a minor but no child.

nobody has said anything sexual about her so i can't see how anyone can be a pedo. perhaps some may be projecting..

this could be a case for cyber bullying though. but don't think any charges would stick. besides maybe assault by the female.

I said he was trolling because I didn't realize anyone would be that ignorant to on how many levels this was wrong on.

Also if you took a breath or two to read what I post instead of going "FUUUU another alkemyst post!!??!" you'd see I don't agree with the girl smacking the other guy around.

However to say it was totally unprovoked again is being ignorant.

I am sure if this video is serious we will hear more about it soon
