Intelligent People Do Talk About Ideas...
Average People Do Talk About Events...
Stupid People Do talk about Other People...

Wow. Every one of the southern states of the Old Confederacy, or as its known today, the Republican base, has a higher rate than New York State.

High crime cities, are almost always run by Democrats and have a strong Democrat majority.

My state is tied for second best. And we are better than Canada.
Suck it Canukistan.

LOL your state? Feeling proud of one's state is like being proud of your country. Did you decide to be born in whatever country you were born in?

Washington DC is higher on that list. 24 compared to 22.5. Also, did you forget to look at the US virgin islands? Yikes! That's over double Puerto Rico.

I think DC is higher in murder rate per 100,000, but I heard on the news that Puerto Rico had 10X the number of murders that DC did last year.

That's why we need a play-off system rather than relying on rankings and computer polls.

It's worth pointing out that gun control has absolutely no bearing on murder rates, as the map clearly shows.
